REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because all ROBOTS ARE COMING products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product contains a manufacturing defect
• You receive the wrong item

To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
